The twin room was cosy and perfect for what we needed. It included central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making machines, and the bed was good. The accommodation had a very central location to go to a cafe nearby.

Featuring hand-painted furniture, the rooms at this small, charming hotel are like stepping into a work of art. The unique design and Art-Nouveau style add a touch of elegance to your stay. And the best part? The Hi-Fi stereo in the room! With its crystal-clear sound, I felt like I was at a private concert every night.

Exceptionally comfortable beds were provided. Location: the property was very close to museums as well as the main attractions. Everything was simply perfect...

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The room was also clean and tidy, which was a plus.
The lack of air conditioning was a major downside, especially during the warmer days. It made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The value for money at Portacavana was excellent. The room was clean and well-equipped with a TV, sink, and fridge, which saved me a lot of money on meals. The location was unbeatable, right in the center of the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast option could use improvement, with more variety and choices.

The hotel had a great location, with plenty of bars and restaurants just a short walk away. It was also close to the sea, which was a bonus. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay very enjoyable. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice bed and a proper bathroom.
That the room could get quite hot and noisy, especially with the street noise. It would have been nice to have air conditioning to help with the heat.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They provided me with all the information I needed for my stay and even recommended some great places to eat. The location of the hotel was ideal, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. Another bonus was the artsy decor in the hotel, which added a unique and charming touch to my stay.
One drawback I experienced was the noise level, especially on the weekends. It can get quite loud, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring some earplugs.
